Learn how to make the easiest and most impressive bread ever.  We’ll make the popular overnight no-knead bread while enjoying some delicious variations and flavors as well as spreads and butters.  We’ll feature rye bread with Benedictine spread, jalapeno cheddar with cilantro lime butter, asiago cheese bread with basil pesto cream butter, and cranberry walnut wheat.  We will discuss the uses of yeast as well as distinct types of flour.  Each person will make and take their own loaf home to bake.
