An Evening of Fine Dining with Chef Quintin Eason
Sterling College chef, Quintin Eason, will be preparing a meal of Cinnamon Seared Duck breast with green apple truffle compote, Prawn Ceviche with watermelon jicama salad, and Roasted Figs with artisan goat cheese and local honey. Each course will be accompanied by a wine chosen by the chef.
Chef Eason studied under "good chefs dedicated to fresh and flavorful" and continues to put out food that is at the height of freshness, flavor and nutrition. Class fee is $35. |
