	February 8 7 pm	Men Only Cooking German We'll start the evening with an Apple Cider Slider cocktail and Reuben pizza. That will be followed by German sausages and caramelized apples and onions with Zwieback rolls to sop up the sauce. Dessert will be German Chocolate Whoopie pies, chocolate cake-cookies with a cooked coconut pecan filling. Instructors are Deb and Rod Nikkel. Class fee is $38.
	February 11 11 am	Healthy Lunch Workshop Kati Brookshire Join Kati Brookshire to be inspired to eat healthy. This lunch workshop will include a Grilled Fish Salad with Roasted Vegetables and Spicy Nuts. You will learn healthy cooking techniques and tips for delicious results. Class Fee is $25
	February 11 2 pm	Red Velvet Whoopie Pies with Cream Cheese & Fresh Strawberry Filling Demonstration Whoopie pie, Moon pie, or Gob, whatever name you use doesn't matter. These cakelike cookie sandwiches are beautiful and delicious!! Join us for this FREE demonstration in the kitchen. You'll get a taste, helpful tips and the recipe, and all in time to go home and bake a batch for your special Valentine. Instructor is Deb Nikkel
	February 13 6 pm	Pie Crust Class Have you wanted to make those pies your grandmother or mother made? Come learn a simple, never fail, way to have a wonderful crust. Instructor is Joye Miller. Class fee is $30. Things to bring to class: a rolling pin, a pastry cloth, a cover for your rolling pin and a 9 inch pie pan.
	February 18 2 pm	Muffaletta Sandwich Demonstration In honor of Mardi Gras, next Tuesday, February 21st, we'll be making a Muffaletta sandwich. Think an Italian sub on steroids, adapted by New Orleans. For this FREE demonstration we'll be starting with purchased crusty bread that we'll hollow and refill. You'll get the recipe and watch us make olive salad in the food processor. And we'll give you instructions for making tiny appetizer versions and a giant Stuffed-Crust Pizza version as well. Join us in the kitchen for a free taste of Carnival!!
	February 22 7 pm	Men Only Cooking Southern This evening opens with warm Crawfish Dip and a cold cocktail. Then we'll make Indoor Pulled Pork that we put into a sandwich topped with Buttermilk Cole Slaw and a side of Tomato and Corn Salad. Dessert is Bread Pudding with a Bourbon Caramel Sauce. Instructors are Deb and Rod Nikkel. Class fee is $38.
	February 25 11 am	Chai Coffee Cake Demonstration Nancy Bell Ringer returns to the Apron Strings Store!! Nancy is the author of "The Dish Diva" and her newest book, "The Dish Diva Cooks for Company". She'll be making Chai Coffee Cake, entertaining you with amusing stories and she'll have copies of her books. Join us in the kitchen for this FREE demonstration. You'll be very glad you did.
	February 25 2 pm	Amaretto Chicken Salad Demonstration Nancy Bell Ringer, cookbook author from Wichita, will be in the kitchen to delight you with her humor and her recipes. Join us for a fun time and yummy food and you could leave with a new "Dish Diva" book signed by its author. This is a FREE demonstration.
	March 20 6 pm	Eggs for Easter Get a head start on spring with egg-ceptional recipes that are perfect for Easter or any upcoming gatherings. From meringue-based desserts (including angel food cake)to versatile choux pastry ("cream puffs") to egg salad, Meta and Barry West will help you crack open the secrets of egg preparation. Class fee is $35.
