Mexican Delight (Tortilla Roll-ups) by A Customer

Ingredients:
10 flour tortillas
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
2 packages chipped beef
Green onion, chopped
Green pepper, chopped
½ cup mayonnaise

Preparation:
Mix all ingredients, except tortillas. Spread mixture on flour tortillas. Roll them up and slice. Chill and serve.

Alternate version - Do not roll tortillas. Stack them on top of each other; put hot sauce, grated cheese, and ripe olives on top. Cut into wedges.
