Mint & Scallion Noodles by Deb Nikkel1 bag Shiritake Noodles 3 T rice vinegar 1 t vegetable oil 2 t soy sauce 1/2 t sugar 1/2 t kosher salt 2 T chopped fresh mint 4 thinly sliced scallions Preparation: Prepare noodles according to package directions. Meanwhile, mix vinegar, oil, soy sauce, sugar, and salt until sugar and salt are dissolved. Toss noodles with dressing, mint, and scallions. |
